We warranty all of our pre-owned products with a 100-day warranty and offer 1, 2, and 3-year extended warranties on all our products as well. But even if you’re out of warranty, you’re not out of luck. Contact us, and we will do everything possible to fix the issue for you! If not satisfied with any product, please send it back and we’ll make it right (we’ll exchange it or refund it). We offer more than just a 30-day money-back guarantee but a satisfaction guarantee! Our sister companies also offer web development and other IT services. Because this website is primarily geared toward selling, trading, and building custom desktops, we don’t advertise our local services in the Charlotte area as much.
