Yes! We photograph all of our inventory, each single item. Every item listed for sale is photographed (except if custom ordering, or when all items look exactly alike, and are disclosed). You will know exactly what you're getting when ordering from us. We don't know of another online store doing this!

We take great pride in our work, it's a real labor of love. Each picture is also cropped so that it looks good against the white background. If anyone wants to tip our staff, we appreciate it and have a special account for that, just reach out to us!

We sell pre-owned, refurbished, renewed products and open boxes only (for custom builds and custom orders, we'll order new parts). We're very focused, however, on providing clean, quality computers, with a second life. We do our part in recycling e-waste, using best practices to rid of bad batteries and other waste products. Let's keep our landfills clean! We pride ourselves in being a green company, doing our part in helping keep our planet clean.

Having been in this industry for over 20 years, we have the experience and know how to ensure quality products and services each and every time. We've sold many tens of thousands of computers over those years to many individuals and businesses alike. Computers are our passion.

Just like anything else, when you spend a lot of time with something you usually get pretty good at it. We've developed a series of checklists for our technicians to conduct, followed by rigorous system of software and hardware checks. This ensures that every item we send that has been properly tested, and more than once.

We also select products that we know work, and that have been stress tested. Anything we believe doesn't hit our standard, we would rather dispose of it and not offer it here. If unhappy for any reason, you can always exchange or ask for a refund.

All major credit cards are accepted, as well as, Paypal, Cash app, and Bitcoin too! We also offer easy financing options, visible upon checkout and throughout our site, if not approved, contact us for assistance! We also do trade-ins (offering top market prices) and even online layaway!

You're approved for an X amount, you can choose to purchase up to that dollar amount. But you don't have to by any means. Once you know exactly the amount you want to spend, before submitting an order, all of the payments, terms are always displayed to you with each finance company. Because there are many banks involved, rates and terms can differ. But, we recommend and work with finance companies that are offering 100 days same as cash options. Unless, stated otherwise. And we recommend if possible, have it paid off within 100 days and you won't have any interest payments!

Pro tip: this also means you can divide by 7 to get your answer if you want to pay off any amount within 100 days. For example, $1,000 dollars divide by 7 is $142.85, this is the amount you need to pay 7 times within 100 days, or 7 bi-weekly payments of $142.85, approximately speaking (5 cents off).

Yes! Contact us, we have a multitude of finance options available! We have access to many finance companies and will put you in touch with what we believe the be the best option for you.

That's not a problem, we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Cash-app, and even Bitcoin. AND, if you have another form of payment you want to use and it’s not listed, contact us! We may accept other crypto payments as well. Our number one goal is to accommodate our customers always!

Of course we also have layaway at our store and online. Choose Lay-buy at checkout to check our online layaway system, low as 10% down. Super easy and convenient. Once fully paid, your item is shipped with tracking right away.

Super simple. Either click on our TradeUp icon on top to get started to reach out to us via WhatsApp, Messenger or Live Chat. Let us know what you have and a live person will connect with you and ask to see pictures, condition, some details like make and model, specs, and give you an estimated quote. This quote will be valid upon receiving your item(s) for 5 working days, unless the item(s) don't match the description or damage is found, etc.

Next, if not local to us, you would just ship out your device to us to our warehouse in North Carolina. You will receive a unique TradeUp number, just like an invoice or RMA number, that lets us both track your item and its progress as it's shipped, arrives, waits to be tested, and approved in our system. This will be applied to your account automatically. If any issues arise, we will contact you and make sure everything is addressed.

If for any reason you wish to cancel, or a problem arises, we can send it right back to you (if that is what you wish to do). At the moment, all shipping expenses are handled by the customer. We are a small business and can't handle the potentially hundreds of shipping orders.

We also recommend getting insurance for more expensive goods, but most carriers like USPS do provide $100 insurance coverage with their Priority Mail. Once your package comes in, our tech photographs every package coming in and its contents. If something is wrong, it will be noted right away and will appear in the updates to the customer.

In case of any damage, you will be notified as well. If properly packaged, the chance of this happening is less than 1%. We are not held liable however for packages that are damaged or lost in transit, so it is advised to have them fully insured.

All of our products are tested, cleaned, and so forth. A lot of time is spent ensuring a quality product. For resellers who are looking for consistent quality, and reliable service, we are here for you. For those interested in buying parts or scrap, we can also accommodate.

All our computers are sold with a 100 day warranty as standard. This would cover any issues arising from normal use, exclusions would include batteries, as they do wear down over time (any computer sold with a worn, poor or bad battery, is disclosed). New batteries are usually not that expensive and we’re more than happy to replace a bad battery for low as $20 dollars for most Dell, HP and Lenovo laptops. Rest assured we are super fair, but if a laptop costs $80 or $100, chances are it may not have the best battery (in any event, always disclosed, and each computer is checked prior to shipping).

In addition, we offer very affordable extended warranty options. Not only that, but our extended warranties come with free online tech support included! This is kind of a huge deal. One year warranties are low as $50 dollars (prices are based on overall price of any given computer), which is at least half the price of any competitor, we also give you full 24/7 tech support included!

We offer FREE online tech support! You heard that right. We’re not just an e-commerce store, or just a computer repair shop. We offer professional repair services in person as well as online. Our online repair portal is a 3-Tier system, level 1 is free for anyone to use and get quick assistance. Stuck or having problems? Contact our support, click on our Support Center tab on the home page for full details.

Upon contacting support you will be asked a few simple questions, and our live agents will be able to assist you completely free of charge. Many basic issues can be resolved within minutes, at no charge to you! If you’re unable to find the issue or fix your problem, we have the least expensive paid tech service in the industry. In fact, nothing quite like this has been done before! Instead of spending $1.99 - $2.50 a minute like some sites are charging, or even $55 a month to ask questions. We have rates low as $4.17 dollars a month (per device, when paying for a yearly subscription)!

If you purchased something from us, just contact us, let us know your order number and if under warranty, we will be happy to assist. Even if out of warranty, we will still help completely free of charge to help diagnose and fix basic issues. If we can't solve the issue with our level 1 support, we have more advanced techs on standby with level 2 support and also offer VIP service as well, which is included with our 1, 2 and 3 year warranty services!

Tier two, offers comprehensive online service with a live technician who will be able to remote manage to your device and help fix whatever issues you maybe having. From software glitches, Windows or Mac OSX, our trained and experienced technicians will help solve the issue for you.

Tier three, if you have a serious problem, such a virus, or corrupt system, or data recovery, you will be connected to a senior technician. Our tech can remotely gain access to your computer with your permission, and install any necessary software to remove a virus or even conduct date recovery services. Please be warned if doing recovery work, depending on the amount of data, can take 24 to 48 hours for a scan.

VIP service can be purchased for a one-time charge of $50 dollars, which gives you an entire year of unlimited tech support per item. It's also included in our 1, 2 and 3 year warranty plans when making a new order. How it works, you can contact our VIP line via WhatsApp, and will be in a private Group Chat. Your order number will be displayed, and any item purchased that is attached to your account. Only one item per VIP account is valid. So say you have two or three computers, and you did or did not purchase from us, doesn't matter, you would need to buy two or three VIP accounts for each item. But, we would then provide support for those items online for an entire year.

This includes, malware removal, system optimization, virus scan and removal, Windows or Mac OSX just not working for you, maybe your system is running really slow, or crashing, in most cases, we can help handle these issues. If you can get online, we can most likely fix it. If a level 2 technician is unable to fix your issue, it will be brought toa our supervisor who will personally attend and help resolve the problem. We have an entire staff dedicated to tech support and if we have more demand, we will be happy to take on the challenge!

While we've been fixing and building computers for two decades, we just recently started expanding our business into the 21st century! But now, we don't want to look back, we want to find new and innovative ways to reach out and stay in touch with our customers.

Our local store is open 10 AM - 7 PM EST Monday through Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, closed on Sundays, and can be reached during those times by phone.
