The Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava has released the Blaze X. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. Lava chose to use MediaTek's Dimensity 6300 processor, which supports up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

A 16MP selfie shooter is located in the punch hole cutout on the front, while a 64MP primary camera with OIS and a 2MP depth camera are located on the rear. With Lava promising an assured upgrade to Android 15 and two years of security upgrades, Blaze X boots straight into Android 14. Moreover, the phone has a 33W charging 5,000 mAh battery.




Titanium Grey and Starlight Purple are the colors available with Lava Blaze X. The 4/64GB trim costs INR 14,999 ($180), while the 8/128GB version costs INR 16,999 ($203). On July 20 at midnight, Amazon India is expected to start open sales in India.
