The cover display of Samsung's future Galaxy Z Fold Slim will have the same 19.5:9 aspect ratio as the screen of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. This data originates from China and is provided by the well-known leaker Ice Universe.

The new Fold's outer screen, at 6.5", will be smaller than the S24 Ultra's, but having the same aspect ratio. An 8-inch foldable display will handle the task. Compared to the Galaxy Z Fold6, which Samsung unveiled earlier this month, both of these panels are bigger.

The smartphone that was earlier speculated to be the Galaxy Z Fold Ultra is the Galaxy Z Fold Slim. It will reportedly be lighter and thinner than the Fold6 and have a titanium frame. That means the Korean company's folding smartphone will be a high-end model that costs considerably more.

It is anticipated to open in October or December of this year, which is the fourth quarter. The exact location is yet unknown. There have been reports that it will only be accessible in China and Korea, however, Ice Universe clarifies that the Slim is not the same as the Samsung W25, which is a foldable designed just for the Chinese market. Keep an eye out for further information that should surface as time goes on.
