At MWC 2024, Tecno unveiled four Camon 30 smartphones, with just one LTE-only model. We now know that the Chinese company, Camon 30S Pro, is releasing a new phone specifically for 4G markets.

The phone's Mediatek MT6789 SoC—the Helio G99 Ultimate—was visible when it first surfaced on Google Play Console. We also found out that Android 14 will come pre-installed on the phone and that it would come with 12 GB of RAM.

The ad does not specify the screen diagonal or kind of panel for the Camon 30S Pro, but it does state that it will sport a 1080p resolution and 480 dpi display. Moreover, no battery capacity is offered; nevertheless, this information has already been reported elsewhere.

The model number of the Camon 30S Pro, CLA6, has a 5,000 mAh battery that has been verified by Tecno. Although the charging rate is currently unknown, we anticipate that Tecno will include fast charging for the new phone as well, given that all four Camon 30 phones support 70W.
