A Chinese rumor from last month stated that the incoming Vivo X200 will feature a smaller screen than its predecessor, the X100, which was released last year. From the same source, a few additional X200 information have emerged today.

The X200 is expected to be a tiny screen flagship phone with a 1.5K resolution flat panel with symmetrical bezels on all four sides, according to Digital Chat Station on Weibo. Not just symmetrical, but the bezels appear to be quite small.

The X200's primary camera will include a unique 50 MP "super large" Sony sensor in addition to a 3x telephoto lens. High-density silicon, which can fit more mAh into the same size as earlier technologies, will be used in the battery.

The earlier report on the subject stated that the X200 will be equipped with an optical in-display fingerprint reader, a 50 MP ultrawide camera on the back, and MediaTek's forthcoming Dimensity 9400 SoC.

Although the precise release date of the X200 is unknown, bear in mind that the X100 was only officially announced in November of last year, so there may still be a long wait.
