A source on X claims that the iPhone SE 4 will cost a little more than its predecessor, but Apple intends to keep the price point under $499. To put things in perspective, the last entry-level iPhone cost $429.

Remember that while this latest rumor hasn't been confirmed by reliable sources, it could result in a 10% price increase for the US iPhone SE 4, bringing it very near to $470. If everything goes according to plan, the gadget will make its appearance in 2025.

Maybe the addition of Face ID and a more contemporary appearance reminiscent of the iPhone 14 will make the price increase acceptable. Although we can't be certain, a price increase wouldn't surprise anyone because the last iPhone SE was released a long time ago.
