Renders that matched the iPhone 16 Pro Max with the 15 Pro Max surfaced in May of last year, revealing the former to be somewhat broader and taller. This is due to the report's assertion that the screen size of the 16 Pro Max is 6.9 inches, as opposed to the 15 Pro Max's 6.7 inches.

Now, actual iPhone 15 Pro Max and purported 16 Pro Max dummy images are compared in real time. The images validate both the first leak and the Action Button that has been rumored on the side.

The images clearly show that the iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a larger screen than the existing big-screen iPhone, but by how much? Should the May 2023 CAD-based representations be accepted, the 16 Pro Max's dimensions will be 5 mm greater and 0.5 mm less. Additionally, based on appearances, the aspect ratio should remain unchanged, therefore the little increase in width is most likely the result of optimizing the screen-to-body ratio by reducing the bezels.
