At its next Unpacked presentation in early July, Samsung is anticipated to introduce the Galaxy Buds 3 in addition to the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Watch7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra.

The Buds 3's design and casing were leaked by a case maker today, confirming the much-rumored transition to a stem design.

The Galaxy Buds 3 seen in these photos appear to be sufficiently different from Apple's products, even though stem-style earbuds are usually quickly identified as copying the company's design since the original AirPods were the first to use it. This is especially true of the stem, which has a much more angular design than Apple's devices. Of course, their silvery/gray hue also aids in their differentiation.

Active noise cancellation should be included in the Galaxy Buds 3, and it's quite possible that Samsung will release the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in tandem with the original model. Although the differences between the "vanilla" and Pro versions are unknown, we may guess that the Pros will have higher sound quality while the Buds 3 will be less expensive.
