In November last year, the Redmi K70, K70 Pro, and K70E were officially announced. However, the Redmi K70 Ultra, the fourth member of the family, is still on the way. It is anticipated that this will launch soon, and its specifications were leaked in China today.

The K70 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Dimensity 9300+ SoC and features a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 120W cable charging in addition to a "1.5K" screen with a 144 Hz refresh rate.

The same primary camera as the K70 Pro, an 8 MP ultrawide and a 2 MP macro camera, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, and a metal frame and glass back are all believed to be included. Take all of this with a grain of salt, as this is highly strange and implies that the Ultra is essentially a step below the Pro.

Even while the K70 Ultra will only be available in China, it's quite likely that the forthcoming Xiaomi 14T Pro will be built on it, given that the 13T Pro was last year's model and had some improvements over the K60 Ultra. About that, a comment on the Weibo article on this leak states that the 14T Pro would instead sport Leica branding throughout, a 23mm primary camera using the OmniVision OV50H sensor, a 75mm 3x telephoto using the OV50D sensor, and a 16mm ultrawide using the OV13 sensor.

This would include a 10% larger battery and an upgraded CPU for the 14T Pro, as well as a 3x telephoto lens as opposed to the 2x in its predecessor, a somewhat less wide ultrawide, and a slightly wider main camera. Since the 14T Pro is still probably a few months away from release, more information about it will undoubtedly become available in the upcoming weeks.
