With the recent release of the Ace 3 Pro, OnePlus is already anticipating the Ace 5 series. The new phone will carry over many of the specifications from the Ace, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU and 100W wired charging, according to Leaker Digital Chat Station.

A significant modification is the introduction of a larger Silicone-Carbon battery. It will comprise two 3,000 mAh batteries, with a minimum capacity of 6,000 mAh (probably around 6,100 mAh on average).


Due to superstition, OnePlus is ignoring the number 4 in the Ace's name and going directly to the number 5. Unfortunately, this does not imply that we will see twice as many updates; instead, BOE's 6.78" 8T LTPO OLED with 1240p resolution should remain in the next phone. Additionally, wired charging is nothing new and continues to be inferior to the Ace 2 Pro's 150W rates.

There are reportedly still three cameras on the rear, the primary one sporting a 50 MP sensor. Every one of the front panel's four sides will have a little curvature. The alert slider on the new Ace was also disclosed by the leaker.

Before October, when the OnePlus 13 is expected to steal the show with a new processor and improved features, the OnePlus Ace 5 should be released.
