The Galaxy S25 Ultra was said to feature the same 5,000 mAh battery capacity as its predecessor last week. This wasn't fantastic news in a world when many of Samsung's competitors are now surpassing that amount.

However, we have some better news for you today. Prolific Chinese leaker Ice Universe claims that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will come equipped with 16GB of RAM. Additionally, it appears like all phone storage models will receive 16GB of RAM, similar to how all S24 Ultra storage versions received 12GB.

Therefore, Samsung will not be participating in the Chinese practice of matching RAM to storage capacity for its flagship products. There have been prior rumors that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a significantly different design than its predecessor, with rounded sides that won't dig into your hand.

Even though its announcement is still more than five months away, it looks like it will be an exciting release overall. It should also benefit from some rather big camera advancements.
