At the company's major July 10 event, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra, which went on sale last week. Samsung is now providing both with their initial software upgrade. When you pull your new Watch7 or Ultra out of the box, this update should be ready if you still need to get yours.
This update isn't huge, as is typically the case with first releases; its main goals are to correct issues and enhance speed and stability.
Your Galaxy Watch7 will be running version L310XXU1AXG2 after receiving the update, whilst the Watch Ultra will be running L705FXXU1AXFB. While the latter is a larger 330.59MB download, the former is sent over the air as a 173.51MB file.
Go to Watch Settings> Watch software update in the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone if you own either watch and haven't gotten the update notification yet.
